Terms of service
Last updated · May 1, 2026
By using iSeen you agree to the terms below. We tried to write them in English. If something is unclear, email legal@iseen.ai.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe; turn on SSO if your org supports it. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us and we'll lock the account.
Each subscription covers the brands listed on your tier. Adding a brand outside your tier limit requires an upgrade — we'll prompt you before any charge.
Trial and billing
The 14-day trial requires a card, but we don't charge during the trial. On day 15 we charge the tier you selected at signup. We email two business days before the first charge — no exceptions.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. We prorate the unused days back to your card. Annual plans refund the remaining months minus a 17% prorated discount.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scan brands you don't have the right to represent or research on behalf of.
- Reverse-engineer our query templates, the optimization model, or our API rate limits.
- Resell iSeen output as a primary product without an explicit reseller agreement.
- Use iSeen to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or business.
We may suspend accounts that violate the above. Where reasonable we'll warn first; where the violation is severe (e.g. fraud, impersonation), we'll suspend immediately.
Intellectual property
You own your workspace data. We own the iSeen product, brand, and codebase. Drafts we generate inside your workspace are licensed to you under a perpetual, royalty-free license; we don't take them back when you leave.
Warranties & liability
iSeen is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific score outcomes — visibility depends on what each engine does, which is outside our control. We do guarantee 99.9% uptime on the dashboard and digest delivery; 99.95% on Enterprise.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we email every account on file 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) are posted with a new "Last updated" date.
